About Spinta Digital

Spinta Digital is a full-service digital marketing and creative agency working with ambitious brands across healthcare, D2C, wellness, real estate, education, SaaS and technology.

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who has strong hands-on experience across both Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns, with a deep understanding of tracking, attribution and conversion optimisation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that performance marketing is not simply about running ads — it is about building the complete journey from tracking and targeting to acquisition, conversion and revenue.

The Role

You will be responsible for planning, executing, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, covering both lead-generation and e-commerce businesses.

A critical part of this role is having strong technical knowledge of conversion tracking and measurement, including Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Enhanced Conversions, GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side/event-based tracking.

You should be comfortable getting into the technical side of tracking rather than depending entirely on developers or analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage both Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns.
- Develop campaign structures based on business objectives, customer journey and funnel stages.
- Manage budgets and optimise campaigns to achieve CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC and revenue targets.
- Develop audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes and customer audiences.
- Manage campaign testing across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages and messaging.
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and take corrective action when targets are not being achieved.

E-commerce Performance
- Manage campaigns focused on product purchases and revenue generation.
- Work with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Understand the complete funnel from Landing Page → Product View → Add to Cart → Checkout → Purchase.
- Optimise campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate and contribution margin.
- Work with product feeds and Google Merchant Center.
- Understand Shopping / Performance Max / Search / Display / YouTube campaign ecosystems.
- Identify funnel leakage and work with CRO/creative teams to improve conversion rates.

Lead Generation

- Build and optimise campaigns for lead generation across multiple industries.
- Work with different lead-generation objectives including enquiries, consultations, registrations,

applications and qualified leads.
- Understand the difference between Lead, MQL, SQL and actual revenue.
- Optimise campaigns based on lead quality and downstream conversion rather than simply CPL.
- Work with CRM data to understand which campaigns, audiences and keywords are generating actual business.
- Develop strategies for improving lead quality while maintaining acquisition efficiency.

Tracking & Attribution — Critical Requirement
- The candidate must have hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting conversion tracking, not just using dashboards to read campaign results.

You should have experience with:
- Meta
- Meta Pixel implementation
- Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
- Event setup and mapping
- Event deduplication
- Browser + server-side event tracking
- Event Match Quality
- Advanced Matching
- Purchase, Lead, ViewContent, AddToCart and other standard events
- Meta Events Manager
- Diagnosing discrepancies between Meta and website/CRM data
- Google
- Google Enhanced Conversions
- Google Ads conversion tracking
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics events and conversions
- Google Merchant Center
- Google Ads ↔ GA4 integration
- Offline conversion imports where applicable
- Understanding GCLID / UTM parameters and attribution
- Analytics & Attribution
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- UTM strategy
- Cross-channel attribution
- Understanding discrepancies between Meta, Google Ads, GA4 and Shopify/CRM
- Ability to audit tracking setups and identify data gaps
- Understanding first-party and server-side tracking concepts
- Experience working with tools such as Elevar, Northbeam or similar attribution/tracking platforms is a strong advantage.

Creative & CRO Understanding A strong performance marketer should understand creative — not just media buying.

You will

- Analyse which creatives are driving CTR, CVR and conversions.
- Work with designers and copywriters to develop better-performing ads.
- Identify creative fatigue.
- Recommend new creative concepts based on campaign data.
- Provide clear briefs for new ad creatives.
- Analyse landing pages and identify potential conversion issues.
- Work with the creative and development teams to improve the overall customer journey.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyse campaign performance at campaign, ad set/ad group, keyword, creative and audience levels.
- Identify the why behind performance changes rather than simply reporting numbers.
- Provide clear recommendations and action plans.

Track key metrics including:

- ROAS
- CAC
- CPA
- CPL
- CTR
- CPC
- CPM
- Conversion Rate
- AOV
- Revenue
- Lead Quality
- Funnel Conversion Rates

Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong experience managing both Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns.
- Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Meta CAPI.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Google Enhanced Conversions.
- Solid understanding of GTM and GA4.
- Experience with Shopify/e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently identify performance issues and implement solutions.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between media buying, creative, landing pages, tracking and conversion rates.

Good to Have

- Experience with Shopify and D2C brands.
- Experience with healthcare, wellness, education, real estate or SaaS lead generation.
- Experience with CRM integrations and offline conversion tracking.
- Experience with Elevar, Northbeam or similar attribution platforms.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and Performance Max.
- Experience with Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript and data layers.
- Experience with server-side tracking.
- Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets.

What We're Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to boost campaigns or set up ads based on a checklist.

We want someone who can look at a business and answer:

Where are the customers coming from?

Which campaigns are actually generating revenue?

Where are we losing customers?

Is the tracking reliable?

What should we change?

And how do we scale without destroying efficiency?

You should be comfortable going deep into campaign data, tracking systems and customer journeys.

You should also be willing to get your hands dirty with GTM, Events Manager, GA4 and conversion tracking implementations when required.
