Role Description The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, and display to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for Shopify and eCommerce clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, bid strategies, and ongoing performance monitoring using analytics and advertising platforms. The role involves running A/B tests, optimizing landing pages and funnels,



collaborating with design and development teams to align marketing efforts with site experiences, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights.

The Performance

Marketer will also research market trends, competitor strategies, and new tools or platforms to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in performance marketing domains such as paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta Ads), and remarketing, with a focus on ROI optimization.

- Proficiency in analytics and measurement tools, including Google Analytics, conversion tracking, attribution, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.

- Experience with eCommerce and Shopify marketing, including campaign strategies for online stores, product launches, and sales promotions.

- Ability to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, keyword research, and budgeting.

- Solid understanding of landing page optimization, basic CRO principles, and collaboration with design/development teams to improve user experience.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
