The Ksquare Group

Hyderabad

About The Ksquare Group The Ksquare Group is a global technology consulting company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with over 14 years of experience delivering technology solutions across Salesforce, cloud, data, AI, and network engineering for clients in Banking & Financial Services, Public Sector, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, and Enterprise Services. With a team of 350+ professionals across the US, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and India, we help organizations solve complex business challenges and achieve measurable outcomes through our collaborative POD-based delivery model.

At The Ksquare

Group, we foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth, empowering our teams to make a meaningful impact for clients worldwide.

The RoleAs a senior leader at Ksquare, you'll head the end-to-end People function for our India CoE and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and employees alike. This is a builder's role: you'll own the full employee lifecycle, shape our performance and engagement practices, and help create an environment where high performance and well-being coexist.

What You'll Do

- Partner with the business: Align people strategy with organizational goals, advise leaders on team dynamics and performance, and coach managers to lead effectively.
- Own the employee lifecycle: Deliver a seamless experience from pre-boarding and structured onboarding (with 30/60/90-day reviews) through engagement, growth, and offboarding — using exit insights to reduce attrition.
- Drive performance management: Build and run a robust framework covering goal-setting, review cycles, calibration, feedback training,

and succession identification.
- Champion employee relations and culture: Handle grievances and sensitive matters with confidentiality and fairness, and lead engagement surveys, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, town halls, and D&I; efforts.
- Develop talent: Run training needs assessments, build learning calendars, and launch leadership development, mentoring, and coaching programs.
- Ensure governance and compliance: Maintain and evolve HR policies; ensure statutory compliance in India (Shops & Establishments, POSH, gratuity, labour law) and coordinate compliance across our global operating regions.
- Manage compensation and benefits: Support annual comp reviews, salary benchmarking, benefits and insurance administration, and internal equity.
- Build scalable HR operations: Oversee HRIS administration, automate processes, and deliver monthly people analytics dashboards (attrition, engagement, retention, performance distribution, and more) to leadership.
- Lead the People team: Develop HR team members, establish service standards, and represent the voice of employees while protecting business interests.

What You'll Bring
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
- Experience in technology, consulting,

or professional services — ideally with distributed or global teams.
- A track record of managing sensitive employee matters and driving performance and culture initiatives.
- Robust command of performance management, employee relations, compliance, L&D;, comp & benefits, and HR analytics.
- Empathy balanced with accountability, sharp business acumen, high integrity, and the courage to address difficult situations head-on.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD certifications are a plus.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 12 Months
- You've built credibility and trust with leaders and employees.
- A structured, fair performance management process is in place and running.
- Onboarding and employee experience are measurably stronger, and regrettable attrition is down.
- HR decisions are increasingly data-driven, and compliance is airtight across regions.
- Leadership capability has grown through your coaching and training.

Why Join Ksquare? At Ksquare, HR isn't an administrative function — it's a strategic capability that shapes the future of the organization.
