Casa is building a current kind of computing platform for the home — combining hardware, embedded software, sensing, and connectivity to make the physical home programmable.

We’re looking for a PCBA & Embedded Software Engineer who can work across hardware and firmware, taking products from architecture and schematic through PCB, firmware, bring-up, debugging, and validation.

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of hands-on PCBA / embedded experience
- Strong C/C++ and embedded systems fundamentals
- PCB design, board bring-up, debugging, and validation experience
- Experience with protocols such as I²C, SPI, UART, USB, CAN, BLE or Wi-Fi
- Strong understanding of power, signal integrity, EMC/ESD, thermal and DFM/DFT
- Strong ownership and ability to work with ambiguity




- Experience using AI to accelerate engineering workflows materially is highly valued.

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience and market standards
