Role Purpose The role is responsible for managing Fixed Asset accounting , providing timely Capex details for analysis and control, maintaining the Fixed Asset Register, and managing Payroll processing and accounting .
The position also involves stakeholder management with employees for Payroll and Travel & Expense (T&E;) queries, HR for payroll-related matters, and external stakeholders such as auditors and consultants.
Key Responsibilities Fixed Assets & Capex
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and capitalize new Capex projects.
- Handle CWIP and FAR clean-up and Capex reporting.
- Coordinate regularly with project teams for timely capitalization and Capex details.
- Create new projects and WBS in SAP.
- Execute depreciation runs and manage the Fixed Asset Register.
- Support Budget and RAF preparation related to Fixed Assets and Payroll.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle accounting manual changes related to Fixed Asset accounting.
Payroll & Employee Payments
- Manage Payroll processing and accounting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll-related statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely payment and accounting of T&E; and FBP reimbursements.
- Coordinate with HR on payroll-related topics.
- Support implementation and improvement of payroll projects.
- Support implementation of the new wage code.
- Support PLI submissions.
- Handle statutory changes related to employee compensation.
Reporting, Closing & Audit
- Perform closing,
analysis and reporting activities.
- Prepare monthly Budget/RAF vs Actual variance analysis for Payroll and Fixed Assets.
- Support statutory, corporate and internal audits within defined timelines.
- Maintain strong focus on compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage employee queries related to Payroll and T&E.;
- Coordinate with HR on payroll management.
- Work with auditors and consultants as external stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Minimum 4 years of Finance experience.

- Good experience in AP processing and employee reimbursements.
- Experience in Payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience in Capex and Fixed Asset accounting, closing and reporting.
- Pharma industry experience is preferred.
