Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Robust understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Experience with integration of ITOM tools using APIs and scripting.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Familiarity with release management and change control procedures within packaged applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to ensure system stability.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
