We're hiring an Outreach, Associate.

Redwood designs experiential learning journeys for students — programs that take learning out of the classroom and into the real world. Over the last 4 years, we’ve grown into one of India’s leading experiential learning companies, with 750+ journeys, 50+ partner schools, and 30,000+ students having travelled with us.

Outreach is how families and schools discover, understand, and engage with Redwood’s programs — and it’s central to how we grow. As an Outreach Associate, you’ll help shape that journey: from creating compelling program proposals and presentations to managing communications, supporting pre-sales, and tracking enrollment progress.

What you’ll own

- Program Proposals & Collateral — Upgrade and refine program proposals to clearly communicate the program’s value, structure, and outcomes. Ensure proposals are polished, compelling, and tailored to different audiences and partners.
- Circulars & Communications — Create clear, engaging, and professional circulars, announcements, and other outreach communications for parents, schools, and stakeholders. Ensure all communication is accurate, timely,



and aligned with the program.
- Presentations & PPTs — Create and improve presentations for outreach, sales, and program communication. Turn information into easy, visually engaging PPTs that make the program easy to understand and compelling to prospective families and partners.
- Enrollment Tracking & Reporting — Maintain accurate enrollment trackers and regularly monitor enrollment progress. Keep records updated, identify gaps or drop-offs, and share timely reports and insights with the team.
- Pre-Sales Support — Support the pre-sales process by coordinating prospect information, responding to queries, sharing relevant program materials, following up with prospective families/partners, and ensuring a smooth journey from initial interest to enrollment.
- Outreach Operations — Keep outreach materials, trackers, databases, and communication workflows organized and up to date. Support the team in executing campaigns and initiatives that improve awareness, engagement, and conversion.
