Role Description The Outreach Program Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives that support Healix Technologies’ research and innovation programs. This position involves coordinating community engagement activities, managing relationships with partner institutions, and organizing virtual and in-person events such as workshops, info sessions, and training programs. The coordinator will assist in designing and implementing outreach strategies, developing program materials, and tracking participation and impact metrics.





Day-to-day tasks include communicating with stakeholders, supporting program logistics, collaborating with internal teams on content and scheduling, and ensuring consistent follow-up and documentation for all outreach activities.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse audiences.
- Event Planning and logistical coordination experience for workshops, trainings, and community-focused programs.
- Community Outreach and relationship-building skills to engage institutions, organizations, and participant groups.
- Training and Program Development abilities to support the design, delivery, and improvement of outreach initiatives.
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and basic data tracking or reporting (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or project management tools).
- Experience in education, healthcare, research, or innovation-focused environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Communications, Social Sciences, Education, or Management), or equivalent practical experience.
