Role Description :

The Outreach Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support community and stakeholder outreach by engaging with clinics, labs, healthcare professionals, and potential partners to raise awareness about Raktika's diagnostic solutions. Daily responsibilities include assisting in planning and executing outreach campaigns, conducting basic market and user research, preparing outreach materials and documentation, and responding to inquiries from interested stakeholders.





The role also involves maintaining records of outreach activities, coordinating meetings or demonstrations, and providing feedback from the field to the product and marketing teams. The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to help expand Raktika's network and strengthen relationships within the healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications :

-Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals, partners, and end users.

-Candidates should possess Community Outreach and Writing skills to support campaigns, prepare outreach content, and document engagement activities.

-Candidates should possess Research skills to gather insights on market needs, user feedback, and outreach effectiveness.

-Candidates should have an interest in healthcare, diagnostics, or public health, with the ability to learn technical concepts related to AI and point-of-care testing.

-Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.

-Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Mumbai and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.

-Relevant coursework or experience in healthcare, life sciences, social work, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
