We work with major OTAs such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, Airbnb and others.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior OTA Revenue Executive with around 1 year of experience in hotel OTA management, revenue management, hotel e-commerce or a similar role.

This is a hands-on role where you will support the team in managing OTA listings, rates, inventory, promotions and daily hotel performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update hotel listings across major OTAs.
- Update room rates, availability, inventory and promotions.
- Monitor OTA bookings and hotel performance.
- Assist in implementing pricing and revenue strategies.
- Monitor competitor rates and market trends.
- Ensure rate parity, content accuracy and inventory availability across OTAs.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly OTA performance reports.
- Coordinate with hotels regarding rates, inventory, promotions and OTA-related issues.
- Work with channel managers and PMS systems for rate and inventory synchronization.
- Identify basic opportunities to improve occupancy,



ADR and room revenue.
- Handle day-to-day OTA updates and operational requirements.

Requirements

- Around 1 year of experience in OTA Management, Revenue Management, Hotel E-commerce or Hotel Operations with OTA exposure.
- Basic understanding of OTAs such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.
- Basic understanding of hotel revenue concepts like Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn revenue management and OTA optimization.
- Candidates with experience in channel managers/PMS will be preferred.
- Freshers can be considered if they have relevant internship/training or strong hospitality/OTA knowledge.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, analytical and willing to learn, and wants to build a career in Hotel Revenue Management & OTA Management.

This is a junior-level opportunity and is best suited for candidates with approximately 1 year of relevant experience.

Compensation

Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
