About the Role:

We are looking for an Organic Growth & AI Visibility Manager who will own Grip Invest's organic growth across Google Search, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and future AI search platforms.

This is not a traditional SEO role but an evolved one. Your north star will be increasing organic impressions, organic clicks, non-brand traffic, AI citations & mentions, share of voice across search and AI, and high-intent organic conversions. You will own the entire organic growth roadmap for gripinvest.in and work closely with Product, Engineering, Content and Growth teams.

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end SEO strategy.
- Build topical authority across fixed-income topics.
- Perform keyword research and drive rankings.
- Improve crawlability, indexation, internal linking, Core Web Vitals and structured data.
- Increase visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
- Drive GEO, AEO and AI Search Optimization experiments.
- Own content roadmap and content refreshes.
- Build dashboards for impressions, clicks, AI visibility, citations and conversions.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

- 2–5 years in SEO/Organic Growth.
- Strong technical SEO and content strategy.
- Comfortable working cross department and with tech/product
- Analytical mindset.
- Curious about AI search.
- Fintech/investing experience is a plus.

This Includes:

- Complete technical SEO audit.
- Build AI visibility baseline.
- Fix critical crawl, sitemap and indexing issues.
- Publish a 6-month content roadmap.
- Establish Grip Invest as the most-cited fixed-income platform in AI search.
- Grow organic presence of Grip into a major acquisition channel.
- Build a scalable experimentation framework for SEO and AI discovery.
