New Delhi

About FarmusFarmus is a 40-acre experiential organic farming ecosystem spread across two locations in Gurugram, built with a vision to reconnect people with food, farming, nature, and community.

We are not just an organic farm. Farmus brings together commercial agriculture, regenerative farming, experiential education, sustainable food systems, agritourism, and community engagement to create meaningful experiences for children, families, students, farmers, and organizations.

Unlike conventional farms, Farmus combines commercial crop production with experiential learning, community engagement, and ecological stewardship. Every season on the farm becomes a classroom where students learn by doing, experimenting, observing, and leading.

This internship is designed to give agricultural students meaningful field exposure while helping them develop the technical, operational, and leadership skills required to build the farms of the future.

Our work spans:

- Organic & Regenerative Agriculture
- Commercial Strawberry Production
- Organic Vegetables & Specialty Crops
- Herbs, Microgreens & Salad Greens
- Nursery Development
- Farm-to-Table Food Systems
- Nature-Based Learning
- Community Farming
- Corporate Sustainability Programs

Farmus is also emerging as an experiential learning destination where agricultural students, educators, researchers, and young professionals gain hands-on exposure to up-to-date farming practices while understanding how agriculture, education, hospitality, and entrepreneurship come together to build a sustainable future. Role OverviewThe Organic Farming & AgricultureIntern will work alongside the Farm Manager and the cultivation team to understand the complete journey of organic farming, from seed selection and nursery management to harvesting and post-harvest operations.

This internship goes beyond routine farm work. Interns will actively participate in seasonal crop planning, soil health management, organic nutrient preparation, irrigation scheduling, composting systems, crop monitoring,

and farm documentation while understanding how ecological farming integrates with commercial production and visitor experiences.

Throughout the six-month internship, interns will gradually take ownership of specific cultivation areas, contribute to field improvements, maintain farm records, and complete an independent capstone project based on a real challenge at Farmus.

This role is ideal for students who enjoy practical fieldwork, problem-solving, observation, and building healthier farming systems through regenerative agriculture.
