Role Description The Oracle Fusion SCM Functional role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Oracle Fusion SCM capabilities, and configuring modules to support core supply chain processes. Daily activities include working with stakeholders to redesign business processes, preparing functional specifications, coordinating integrations with other Oracle applications (including Oracle HR where relevant), and supporting testing and user training.

The role also includes troubleshooting functional issues, providing continuous improvement recommendations,



and collaborating with technical teams and consultants to ensure coherent end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process analysis, design, and optimization within supply chain and related domains.
- Experience in Consulting, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, solution design, and user support.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications and Oracle Fusion SCM; exposure to Oracle HR is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Integration concepts and experience working with cross-functional and technical teams to enable seamless system integrations.
- Prior experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion SCM modules in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to document functional designs, prepare test cases, and support UAT and go-live activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
