Job Summary

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with 2–4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications support and implementation projects.

The candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, participating in implementation activities, configuring Oracle ERP modules, supporting testing cycles, preparing functional documentation, and working closely with business users and technical teams to ensure smooth system operations and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Participate in various phases of Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Prepare functional and configuration documentation, including:
- BR-100 – Application Setup Documentation
- MD.50 – Functional Specifications
- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues reported by business users and testing teams.
- Raise Technical Assistance Requests (TARs) with Oracle and follow up through resolution.
- Coordinate with client managers, key users, technical teams, and other stakeholders for issue resolution.




- Support production deployment and obtain necessary production release sign-offs.
- Provide post-implementation and production support as required.
- Maintain proper documentation of configurations, issues, solutions, and functional processes.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Good functional knowledge of:
- Oracle Fusion GL
- Oracle Fusion AP
- Oracle Fusion AR
- Oracle Fusion Cash Management
- Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets
- Understanding of the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion support and/or implementation projects.
- Knowledge of functional configuration and business processes.
- Experience supporting CRP, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Ability to prepare BR-100, MD.50, test scripts, and other functional documentation.
- Experience working with Oracle Support/TARs is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong documentation skills.

Educational Qualification
- CA / CA Inter
- B.Com / M.Com
- MBA – Finance
- Or an equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have a good combination of Oracle Fusion Financials functional expertise and finance/accounting knowledge. Candidates with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion support, configuration, testing, implementation, and interaction with business users will be preferred.
