We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP/RMC Security Consultant / Senior Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Security within a production/operate support setting. The candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion FSCM and HCM security, Oracle Cloud Security Console, user access administration, security roles, Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC/GRC), SOD, access reviews, and OTBI security.

The role will be responsible for maintaining Oracle Cloud security controls, supporting user access and security operations, performing risk and compliance activities, and working with business, functional, technical, and information security stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide production/operate support for Oracle Cloud ERP security across FSCM and HCM.
- Manage Oracle Cloud Security Console, including custom roles, users, privileges, data security, and role assignments.
- Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, role changes, and ongoing access administration.
- Maintain data roles, security profiles, Area of Responsibility (AOR) assignments, and HCM security configurations.
- Support HCM Data Loader (HDL) activities related to security and user administration.
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis and support remediation/mitigation activities.
- Conduct periodic user access reviews, access audits, and security control assessments.
- Perform Oracle quarterly update impact analysis and coordinate regression testing for security changes.
- Manage security for Oracle BI/OTBI reports, analyses, subject areas, and data models.
- Support Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC/GRC) controls and compliance activities.
- Identify risks and controls and support SOX readiness, audits, and evidence collection.
- Work in a ticket-based production support model with defined SLAs, incident management, problem management, and RCA.




- Develop and maintain security runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate security releases, approvals, deployments, and cutover activities.
- Collaborate with Oracle functional, technical, business, development, and InfoSec/risk teams.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive security and audit activities.
