Role Description This is a full-time Oracle Database Developer role based in Noida/ NCR region.

The Oracle Database

Developer will design, develop, and optimize database structures and objects to support enterprise applications and data solutions. Daily responsibilities include creating and maintaining PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages, implementing ETL processes, and performing data modeling to ensure data integrity and performance. The role involves collaborating with application developers, data engineers,



and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust database solutions, as well as troubleshooting issues, tuning queries, and supporting deployment and release activities. The developer will also contribute to documentation, adhere to security and compliance standards, and participate in continuous improvement efforts for data and database practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in database development and database design, preferably in Oracle environments.
- Candidates should possess effective data modeling and analytical skills to translate business requirements into efficient schema and queries.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools to support data integration and migration.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with data security, backup and recovery, and adherence to database best practices and standards.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in hybrid, collaborative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud databases, Oracle tools and utilities, and exposure to big data or analytics platforms is beneficial.
