ROLE OVERVIEW The Operations Manager is a hands-on AI visibility implementation lead role. You will use Codex and Claude Code at a medium-to-advanced level, together with Zaillor's proprietary agents, to research, create, implement, and QA client deliverables such as schemas, robots.txt, llms.txt, AI-citable content, implementation briefs and others. You will apply AEO methodology in practice, guide clients through the implementation journey, answer their questions clearly, and keep every workstream moving with a high bar for detail and accuracy.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Delivery, AI Visibility & Technical Implementation

•Own multiple client workstreams from onboarding and kickoff through implementation, QA, reporting, and closure; keep timelines, owners, dependencies, and follow-ups visible and on track.

•Use Codex and Claude Code at a medium-to-advanced level, plus Zaillor's proprietary agents, to accelerate research, analysis, implementation, documentation, and client delivery without compromising quality.

•Apply AEO methodology to diagnose entity clarity, answerability, citation readiness, content structure, source quality, crawlability, and the signals that influence how AI systems understand and cite a brand.

•Create accurate, implementation-ready client deliverables,



including JSON-LD schemas, robots.txt, llms.txt, internal-linking and architecture recommendations, technical tickets, content briefs, FAQs, and AI-citable content.

•Implement or coordinate technical changes across crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonicals, XML sitemaps, JavaScript rendering, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, AI crawler access, CDN/hosting/WAF settings, and migrations; verify every change after release.

•Guide clients through the full implementation journey: explain findings in plain language, answer questions, set expectations, secure inputs and approvals, and communicate risks, decisions, next steps, and outcomes clearly.

•Apply rigorous detail and accuracy checks to every deliverable, recommendation, URL, schema property, directive, and content claim before it reaches the client; correct issues quickly and document the final state.

•Track organic and AI signals using GSC, GA4, crawl platforms, SEO suites, spreadsheets, and AI visibility tools; improve SOPs, QA systems, reporting formats, and lightweight tools or automations as Zaillor scales

WHO SHOULD APPLY

•Hands-on,



medium-to-advanced experience using Codex and Claude Code; able to learn and operate Zaillor's proprietary agents as part of daily client delivery.

•Practical experience with AEO/GEO methodology and a strong understanding of how content, entities, structure, sources, schema, and crawlability affect AI citations.

•Solid working knowledge of technical SEO, including crawl/indexation fundamentals, redirects, canonical tags, structured data/schema, internal linking, and website architecture.

•Able to create AI-citable content and implementation-ready recommendations, with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy across technical and written deliverables.

•Comfort with Google Search Console, GA4, crawl tools, SEO platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and AI visibility tools; basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript understanding is expected.

•Confident speaking with clients, explaining technical findings clearly, handling questions, setting expectations, and managing several client workstreams at once.

•Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working on-site from Greater Noida West with a fast-moving startup team.
