Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations across supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment. This role coordinates closely with manufacturing partners, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely production, optimal stock levels, and efficient order processing.

Manager monitors key performance indicators,



implements process improvements, and ensures compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities also include managing vendor relationships, optimizing costs, supporting new product launches operationally, and preparing regular reports for leadership on operational performance and risks.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in operations management, process optimization, and workflow planning.
- Experience in supply chain, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and use spreadsheets or ERP tools for reporting.
- Competence in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and vendor relations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or consumer products operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in team management and holding regular weekly meetings
- Comfort working in a quick-paced, growth-oriented environment and adapting to evolving business needs.
