GetLook – Salon-at-Home is expanding, and we’re looking for someone who loves operations, problem-solving, people management, and the fast pace of a startup.

? Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

? Work from Office | Bangalore Operations

What will you do?

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day salon-at-home operations across Bangalore, including:

- Tracking and managing daily bookings & appointments
- Coordinating with beauticians and ensuring smooth service execution
- Managing appointment slots, cancellations, reschedules & customer requirements
- Monitoring booking-to-service flow and resolving operational issues
- Tracking beautician availability, attendance & productivity
- Ensuring every appointment is completed smoothly and on time
- Coordinating between customers, beauticians and internal teams
- Monitoring city-level operational performance and daily targets
- Identifying operational gaps and taking quick corrective action
- Building processes to make Bangalore operations more productive

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is hands-on, highly organised and comfortable managing things on the ground.

You should be someone who:





✅ Can handle multiple things at once

✅ Is comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets & basic data tracking

✅ Has strong communication and coordination skills

✅ Can take ownership instead of waiting for instructions

✅ Is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

✅ Can handle pressure and solve problems quickly

⭐ Bonus Points If You Come From:

- Salon / Beauty / Hospitality operations
- Hyperlocal or on-demand businesses
- Gig-work / marketplace operations
- Delivery, logistics or field operations
- Staffing / workforce management
- Consumer-tech or startup operations

Experience managing a distributed/gig workforce or field team will be a BIG plus.

If you’ve worked in an environment where bookings come in, people need to be assigned, schedules change, customers need support and everything has to work in real time — you’ll understand this role really well.
