Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager to lead large-scale Medical Coding operations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure quality and compliance, manage client relationships, and lead high-performing teams while achieving productivity and business goals.





Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end medical coding operations across multiple accounts and shifts.
- Ensure productivity, quality, SLA, TAT, and financial targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor coding quality and ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, HIPAA, and client guidelines.
- Lead client governance calls, operational reviews, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage, mentor, and develop Team Leads, Assistant Managers, and coding teams.
- Review MIS, analyze operational metrics, and drive data-based improvements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or automation.
- Identify operational risks and support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Eligibility

- CPC, CCS, or CIC certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare/Medical Coding.
- 3–6+ years in a leadership role (AM/OM/SOM).
- Experience managing large medical coding operations and teams of 150+ FTE.
- Robust client management, people leadership, and operational excellence skills.
- HCC Coding preferred
