About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Operations Lead to own and scale Go-Grab’s operations across India.

This is a high-ownership role responsible for ensuring that our machines, inventory, field teams and operational processes run efficiently across all locations.

You will work closely with the leadership team to build scalable operating processes, improve machine and location performance, manage field operations and ensure consistent execution as Go-Grab expands rapidly across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Own PAN-India operations across vending machines, inventory, replenishment, maintenance and field execution.
- Lead and manage regional operations teams and field personnel, ensuring strong accountability and execution.
- Monitor machine- and location-level performance, identify operational gaps and drive improvements in availability, uptime, revenue and customer experience.
- Build and continuously improve SOPs for inventory,



replenishment, machine servicing, audits, refunds and operational issue resolution.
- Drive inventory planning and stock movement to minimise stock-outs, expiry, wastage and operational losses.
- Use operational data and dashboards to identify trends, solve recurring problems and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with Business Development and other teams to ensure smooth launch and scaling of new locations.
- Build systems and processes that allow Go-Grab to scale operations efficiently across multiple cities and regions.

What We're Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in operations, quick commerce, e-commerce, retail, logistics, supply chain or another fast-paced, operations-led business.
- Experience managing multi-location operations and field teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with operational data and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of inventory, replenishment, process management and on-ground execution.
- Ability to build processes from scratch and operate effectively in a rapid-changing startup environment.
- Strong ownership, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across India when required.
- Most importantly, a high-ownership, hands-on mindset — you should be comfortable moving between strategy, data and on-ground problem solving.
