About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day operations, improve internal processes, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The role will also involve supporting and coordinating with our Dubai back-office team to maintain effective workflows and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Manage and coordinate teams, ensuring responsibilities are clearly assigned and completed on time.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions to improve processes and accountability.
- Coordinate with department heads and management on operational matters and company initiatives.
- Assist and coordinate with the Dubai back-office team to ensure smooth communication, workflow, and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Prepare operational reports, trackers, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure company policies, procedures,
and internal processes are properly followed.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Business Setup, and other departments to support overall business operations.
- Support management in planning, decision-making, and implementation of operational strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams that have up to minimum 10 employees, priorities, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business management tools.
- Experience working with remote or back-office teams is an advantage.
- UAE experience is preferred.
