About Atraski

Atraski is a full-service digital marketing agency operating as At Buzz, with offices in Delhi and Kolkata and in-house production and events arms (Atraski Studios, Atraski Events). We run close to 40 client accounts across D2C, F&B;, fashion, real estate, and EdTech, and we're mid-way through a deliberate restructuring to build a leaner, more profitable agency without losing the founder-led judgment that got us here.

The Opportunity

Delivery across close to 40 client accounts runs through account/creative pods in Delhi and Kolkata, with quality and reporting pulled together at the ops layer. This role sits at that layer, turning scattered, department-by-department status into one consolidated picture Ops Management can act on, while directly supporting the execution and delivery of projects on the ground. It's built as a two-track apprenticeship: day-to-day delivery discipline from Vineet in Delhi, and national quality/ops standards from Priyanka in Kolkata.

What You'll Do

1. Support execution and delivery of live client projects, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and handoffs across account, creative, and content pods.
2. Consolidate reporting from all departments (creative, content, performance, SEO, web) into a single, ops-ready status view for leadership.
3. Flag delivery risks and bottlenecks early, such as content delays, quality gaps, and missed handoffs, before they become client escalations.
4.



Help maintain and update project trackers, SOPs, and delivery checklists so status is visible without chasing people for updates.
5. Work the Delhi delivery rhythm directly under Vineet Kumar: client pod coordination, day-to-day execution discipline, and escalation handling.
6. Work the national quality/ops rhythm directly under Priyanka Basu: content quality checks, cross-city standards, and ops reporting cadence.
7. Coordinate with Delhi's floor and operations coordinators on day-to-day execution follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

1. Highly organized, comfortable owning trackers and chasing updates across multiple teams without letting things slip.
2. Transparent communicator, written and verbal, able to turn a pile of department updates into a clean status summary.
3. Calm under pressure with multiple live projects and deadlines running in parallel.
4. Comfortable following up firmly across departments; this role only works if status actually gets consolidated, not just requested.
5. Final-year student, recent graduate, or early in your career; prior internship exposure to a startup, agency, or operations role is a plus, not a requirement.
6. Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi, with willingness to coordinate closely with the Kolkata office.

The Learning Track

This role is built around learning from ops leaders and founder directly with different vantage points on the same business: Vineet Kumar, who runs day-to-day delivery and client pods out of Delhi, and Priyanka Basu, who owns national ops and content quality out of Kolkata. Expect direct working time with both, not just Delhi exposure with occasional Kolkata visibility, so the internship builds a genuinely national view of how delivery and quality are run at Atraski.
