? About NyniiNynii is building India's trusted on-demand home services platform, connecting customers with verified professionals for house help, cooks, babysitters, caregivers, cleaners, and more.

We're looking for a proactive and execution-focused Operations Executive to help manage and improve Nynii's day-to-day service operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with people, managing real-time situations, and ensuring customers receive a smooth and reliable service experience.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day booking and service operations.
- Coordinate with customers and professionals to ensure successful bookings.
- Monitor ongoing and upcoming bookings and resolve operational issues.
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling, replacements, delays, and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the professional network to ensure availability and timely service.
- Follow up with customers to understand feedback and resolve concerns.
- Monitor booking status, operational metrics, and daily performance.
- Identify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Business Development teams to resolve operational gaps.
- Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and reports.
- Support new operational processes, initiatives, and service launches.
- Take ownership of operational issues from identification → resolution → follow-up.

? What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Business Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and time-sensitive situations.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
- Proactive, organised, and customer-focused.
