Hiring: Restaurant Operations Executive – Aggregator Operations

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Restaurant Operations Executive to manage our online food delivery operations across Aggregator platforms, with a solid focus on sales performance, menu availability, out-of-stock management, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor daily operations across Aggregator dashboards.
- Track sales, orders, AOV, cancellations, rejections, ratings, preparation time, and outlet online availability.
- Monitor Out-of-Stock (OOS) items and ensure maximum menu availability across all outlets.
- Coordinate with outlet, kitchen, store, and purchase teams to minimize recurring stock-outs.
- Ensure OOS items are disabled promptly and restored online as soon as stock becomes available.
- Maintain outlet-wise and item-wise OOS trackers and identify lost sales due to non-availability.
- Manage menu updates including pricing, item availability, add-ons, combos, and categories.
- Download and analyze daily Aggregator sales and order data.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports for management.
- Consolidate and analyze Aggregator, POS, and outlet-level data.
- Monitor promotions, discounts, campaigns, and online sales performance.
- Identify operational gaps affecting sales and coordinate with relevant teams for closure.
- Coordinate with Aggregator account managers/support teams for platform-related issues.




- Assist with Aggregator sales and settlement reconciliation wherever required.

Key Skills Required:

- Hands-on experience with online food delivery/Aggregator dashboards.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of restaurant/QSR operations.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple outlets and internal teams.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Experience: 1–3 years in Restaurant Operations, QSR, Cloud Kitchen, Food Delivery, MIS, E-commerce Operations, or a similar role. Preferred: Candidates with experience managing Aggregator operations for multiple restaurant outlets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
