About Role
- Process Efficiency: Improve operational processes and reduce turnaround time.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare accurate MIS, dashboards, and operational reports.
- KPI Monitoring: Track operational KPIs and highlight deviations.
- Quality & Accuracy:
Maintain high data accuracy and minimize errors.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- SLA Compliance: Ensure tasks and processes meet agreed SLAs/TATs.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. degree (Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of SQL and Python.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of MIS reporting and operational KPIs.
- Ability to identify process gaps and drive process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management
