Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting and optimizing daily back-office operations for international clients. This role focuses on coordinating workflows, monitoring process performance, and ensuring adherence to client-specific service standards across areas such as data processing, customer support, sales operations, and risk and compliance activities.

Specialist will analyze operational data, identify inefficiencies,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and maintain accurate documentation. The role includes handling operational queries, preparing reports for internal and client stakeholders, and supporting project execution within established timelines and quality benchmarks. The position requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality operational support in a fast-paced environment.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and commercial understanding to support sales operations, client coordination, and service delivery activities.
