Role Description The On-Camera Content Creator intern role is a remote internship focused on producing engaging video content for social media and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and scripting short-form videos, recording on-camera content, and collaborating with the marketing team to align videos with brand strategy and campaign goals. The intern will assist in repurposing video content for different platforms, participate in creative meetings,



and support content planning and scheduling.

Additional responsibilities may include basic video editing, optimizing content for Instagram and other channels, and staying updated on platform trends and audience preferences.

Qualifications

- On-camera presence and comfort speaking to the camera, with clear communication and storytelling abilities.
- Interest or experience in social media content creation, especially short-form video formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Basic skills in video planning and scripting, with an ability to follow brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Foundational video editing skills using common tools or mobile apps, and familiarity with posting and formatting content on social platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and readiness to work in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Curiosity about digital marketing, audience psychology, and content performance; prior exposure to marketing or communications is a plus.
- Access to a stable internet connection and suitable recording environment; a smartphone or camera capable of high-quality video is required.
