Plant, Disposal , Invoicing , Recording,

Accounting and MIS as per SOP

- Ensure receipt, acknowledged, storing,

disposal and accounting operations in SAP.

- Preparation of Scrap Invoice, Accounting and reconciliation for consumption, scrap generation and disposal.
- Physical verification between Physical and book stock – coordinate with security and

Accounts departments.

- Make scrap contract and sales order to execute scrap sales as per defined SOP.
- Liquidate all the types of scrap as per GPCB,

setting and safety norms

6.Periodic reconciliation of stock with book and balance between buyers and finance team.

To execute smooth Operations of Waste Tow and Accounting.





- Ensure proper segregation of Waste Tow received from process department, washed and drying day today generated tow.
- Closely monitor tow washing and drying operation and ensure all generated waste tow get washed and dried.
- Inform and coordinate with marketing for dispose-off available stock.
- Ensure safe operation of scrap and tow yard and upkeep all equipment by ensuring timely preventive maintenance for safe operation.

Scrap Tendering

1.Sourcing direct end user for each scrap commodity to get better scrap sale realisation

2.Arrange e-auction to finalise scrap sale contract for uninterrupted scrap sale operation as per SAP

- Develop multiple buyers for each commodity To ensure the ISO Compliance provisions in

Store and Warehouses

1.Preparation MIS documentation of Store and

Warehouse to meet ISO compliance, Conduct internal and external audit.

To ensure safe work practices during handling of Hazardous material & ensure relevant statutory compliances .

Ensure safe loading, unloading & handling and up keeping of scrap and tow yard as per safety norms/guideline and ensure training/mock conducted in time. Ensure submission of report required under GPCB act.

MIS – Reports timely preparation and submission of various report. (Daily/

Monthly/Annually and as per requirements)

Prepare and submit MIS report as per specified schedule for analysis and decision purpose like

Scrap & Tow Generation/disposal. Age wise analysis of inventory report for management review.
