Are you an experienced Finance & Accounting professional with hands-on Odoo ERP experience? We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Odoo Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our growing team and manage financial operations while optimizing accounting processes through Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Odoo ERP

✅ Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation

✅ Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports

✅ Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data accuracy

✅ Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards

✅ Configure, maintain, and improve Odoo Accounting & Finance modules

✅ Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting workflows

✅ Coordinate with management and other departments to improve financial processes

✅ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

✅ Support Odoo implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and user training when required





Requirements:✔️ Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

✔️ 2+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting using Odoo ERP

✔️ Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and financial reporting

✔️ Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting & Finance modules

✔️ CA Inter / MBA Finance will be an added advantage

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
