Nursing Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Nursing Tutor to educate, mentor, and guide nursing students through their academic coursework and clinical skills development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions for nursing students across various courses.
- Demonstrate and assess clinical skills, nursing techniques, and patient care procedures in a lab or clinical setting.
- Help students develop critical thinking, clinical judgment, and test-taking strategies for nursing exams.
- Evaluate student progress, identify learning gaps, and tailor individualized study plans.
- Collaborate with faculty and clinical staff to align tutoring strategies with curriculum standards.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and improvement metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Nursing Education preferred.
- Active Registration (RN RM)
