About the RoleEverest Rehabilitation & Transitional Care Center is looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Inpatient Nurses to join our clinical team in Hyderabad.

The Inpatient Nurse will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout their rehabilitation and transitional care journey. The role involves working closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and continuous monitoring of inpatients.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, clinical condition, and overall progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient and nursing records.
- Assist patients with daily care needs and rehabilitation activities.
- Identify changes in patient condition and promptly inform the medical team.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical care protocols.
- Support patients requiring rehabilitation, transitional, and post-acute care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, and the multidisciplinary team.




- Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide immediate nursing support.
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of patient care.
- Maintain a secure, clean, and patient-friendly care environment.

Requirements
- Nursing qualification as applicable to the role.
- Relevant nursing experience will be an advantage.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
