Role Description The Nursing Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Banjara Hills, responsible for providing safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients across CallHealth service locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as per protocols, monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating with physicians and allied health professionals.

The Nursing

Officer will support virtual and doorstep care services by preparing patients for procedures, ensuring infection control practices, and facilitating continuity of care between home, center, and digital touchpoints.



The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on treatment plans, promoting adherence to clinical guidelines, participating in quality and safety initiatives, and upholding ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic emergency care.
- Candidates should possess skills in maintaining medical records, documentation accuracy, and adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient education, counseling, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, prioritization of care, and handling multiple patient cases in a dynamic setting.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy skills to use electronic health records, mobile health applications, and telehealth tools.
- Recognized nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) and valid registration with the relevant nursing council.
- Previous experience in hospital, home-care, or primary care settings is preferred; experience in integrated or digital healthcare environments is an added advantage.
