Job Title: Network Operations Analyst

Job Location : Hyderabad/ Chennai

Experience required : 5-8 years

:

- Provide L2 support for network incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
- Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts proactively.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching,



wireless, and WAN connectivity issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 engineering teams when required.
- Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and OLAs.
- Network Administration
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, wireless access points, and controllers.
- Support VLAN provisioning, trunking, port management, and network segmentation.
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and NTP services.
- Perform firmware and software upgrades on network devices.
- Maintain network inventories and documentation
