Role Description This is a full time, on-site Network Architect role located in Bengaluru.

The Network

Architect will design, implement, and optimize enterprise network architectures supporting engineering, IT, and business operations.

Responsibilities include creating high-level and detailed network designs, defining standards and guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable network solutions. The role involves overseeing network administration and engineering activities, ensuring network security and compliance,



and performing capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of complex issues.

The Network

Architect will evaluate new technologies, drive network modernization initiatives, document architectures and configurations, and provide guidance to operations and project teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Architecture and Network Design for large, complex enterprise environments.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Network Engineering and Network Administration for implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Network Security, including segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with routing and switching technologies, wireless networks, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent vendor certifications are beneficial.
- Experience in designing networks for engineering or R&D; environments and global organizations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
