We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented UTM Supervisor for project-based vessel attendance assignments in the Marine / Offshore / Shipyard domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement (UTM) inspections onboard vessels.
- Carry out steel renewal assessments, gauging, and corrosion estimation across
- various vessel areas.
- Inspect and assess structural components including cargo holds, ballast tanks, deck
- outfitting, pipelines, and engine room areas.
- Prepare accurate inspection reports and provide technical support as required.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with vessel working hours and safety
- regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in UTM / UT inspections on vessels, offshore structures, or
- shipyard projects.
- Familiarity with marine vessel structures and components.
- Robust reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onboard vessels and adapt to site conditions.
- Valid documents required: NDT Level II, Passport, CDC (Continuous Discharge
- Certificate)
