Frankart Global is looking for an experienced National Head – Franchise Growth & Expansion to lead our franchise acquisition, investor relationships, and multi-city expansion across India.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Drive national franchise sales and expansion strategy
- Build and manage high-value investor & franchise partner relationships
- Lead the complete journey from qualified lead to commercial closure and store opening
- Identify current markets, cities and expansion opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing franchise sales team
- Drive targets, conversions, collections and operational openings
- Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to execute expansion plans

What we're looking for:

✔️ 15+ years of experience in Franchise, QSR, Retail,



Food Service or Hospitality

✔️ Proven experience in multi-city/national expansion

✔️ Strong franchise sales & commercial negotiation experience

✔️ Experience scaling a network of 100+ locations preferred

✔️ Strong understanding of unit economics, P&L; and franchise models

✔️ Excellent investor & stakeholder management skills

✔️ Willingness to travel extensively across India
