Job Summary

We are looking for a Mandarin (Chinese) and English Language Specialist to support an AI-powered conversational chatbot for business operations.



The ideal candidate will assist in validating chatbot conversations, translating content, testing user interactions, and ensuring accurate communication in both Mandarin and English.

The candidate should be fluent in both languages and comfortable collaborating with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate chatbot conversations, knowledge content, and business communications between Mandarin and English.
- Review and validate chatbot responses for accuracy, clarity, and natural language.
- Test chatbot conversations and identify language or conversational issues.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to improve the chatbot experience.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production validation.
- Participate in meetings involving English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Ensure all chatbot content is culturally appropriate and linguistically accurate.

Required Skills

- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent translation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work during China business hours.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using web-based applications and collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with AI-powered chatbots or conversational applications.

Experience

Education
