Role : MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Experience : 6 to 8 years

Location : Pan India - WFO

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to streamline sales, service, and marketing operations for global clients.
- Develop custom business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to automate manual workflows and improve operational productivity.
- Architect complex data models within Dataverse to ensure data integrity and seamless integration across enterprise ecosystems.
- Build custom user interface components using PCF to enhance the usability and functionality of the Dynamics 365 workplace.
- Integrate Conversational AI and Copilot features into CRM workflows to provide intelligent, real-time insights for business decision-makers.




- Manage the full software development lifecycle using Azure DevOps to ensure high-quality code delivery and efficient deployment cycles.
- Collaborate with technical architects and business analysts to translate high-level requirements into scalable, maintainable technical specifications.

Required Skillset :

- Strong knowledge in all areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales - strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, account management, contact management, and policy sales lifecycle
- Working knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript for custom development
- Experience with PowerApps (Canvas), PCF, Power Automate
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and cloud technologies
