Kukdukoo Fest is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer - Creative & Ai who can turn ideas into engaging visual stories, and is curious enough to keep learning how the craft is changing. The role is not just about making things move; it's about understanding what should move, why it should move and how to make people stop scrolling and pay attention.

We're looking for someone who understands that good motion design isn't just about knowing software. It's about understanding trends, having strong design fundamentals, experimenting with new tools and constantly finding better ways to create.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Create high-impact motion graphics and video content for digital campaigns, events, social media and brand communication.
- Bring festival ideas, themes, experiences and campaigns to life through engaging visual storytelling and motion.
- Create animated content for Reels, social media posts, paid ads, event promotions, artist announcements, ticketing campaigns and festival highlights.
- Develop motion concepts, storyboards and visual frameworks before taking them into execution.
- Have a social-first approach to motion design, understanding what makes content engaging, relevant and platform-friendly.
- Explore and use AI-powered creative tools to experiment, generate visual assets,



accelerate production and push creative possibilities further.
- Stay updated with current motion graphics, editing, social media and AI trends, and actively bring relevant trends and techniques into the work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, attention to detail and deadlines.
- Be willing to experiment with current tools, techniques and workflows as the world of visual content continues to evolve.

What you must know

- Adobe After Effects – Fluent
- Adobe Premiere Pro – Fluent
- Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals - composition, typography, hierarchy, colour, layout and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools.
- Ability to write effective prompts and understand how to prompt AI tools to achieve the desired creative output
- A strong willingness to learn new tools, techniques and workflows as the industry evolves.

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Schedule: 6 days a week
