Role Description The Motion Graphic Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves conceptualizing and creating motion graphics and visual assets for videos, presentations, social media, and marketing campaigns that support Agilisium’s brand and client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, design, and subject matter experts to understand project goals, developing storyboards, designing graphics, and producing animated content.

The specialist will work on end-to-end video production tasks such as editing,



adding visual effects, syncing audio, and preparing final deliverables in required formats. The role also includes maintaining brand consistency, optimizing assets for different platforms, and staying updated on motion design trends and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong motion-focused design capabilities, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills.
- Solid visual design foundation with skills in Graphics and layout for digital media.
- Experience with end-to-end Video Production, including editing, compositing, and post-production workflows.
- Ability to translate concepts into clear visual narratives through Storyboarding and visual planning.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Positive understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy in digital content.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant degree or certification in animation, design, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
