Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. In this position, the designer will create engaging motion graphics and video content that showcase products, promotions, and brand stories across digital channels. Daily tasks include conceptualizing visual ideas, designing animated assets, editing video clips, and adapting content for social media, ads, and in-store displays.

The role involves close collaboration with marketing and operations teams to align visual content with campaigns, product launches, and brand guidelines.



The designer will also be responsible for maintaining a consistent visual identity, managing project timelines, and optimizing content for performance and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in motion graphics and animation using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related software.
- Proficiency in graphic design and visual storytelling, including typography, color, layout, and brand-focused creative concepts.
- Experience in video editing and post-production, including basic sound design and asset optimization for digital platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign-specific visual content and adapt designs for multiple formats.
- Relevant educational background in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru South and engaging with cross-functional teams, including retail and operations.
- Prior experience creating content for food, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage.
