Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics and visual content for digital and video platforms, supporting the hospital’s communication and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing animated graphics, editing video content, creating visual assets for campaigns, and collaborating with marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to translate complex medical information into clear visual stories. The role involves managing multiple design projects, adhering to brand guidelines, preparing files for various channels,



and ensuring all content meets quality and compliance standards.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring regular coordination with in-house stakeholders and participation in team meetings and reviews.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create high-quality animated content for digital and video platforms.
- Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing video assets for different distribution channels.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating professional Graphics aligned with brand guidelines and healthcare communication needs.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent software).
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and receive constructive feedback.
- Prior experience in healthcare, education, or corporate communication environments is an advantage but not required.
