Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will create and animate visual content for videos, social media, online campaigns, and learning materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Daily tasks include designing storyboards, producing motion graphics and animations, editing video assets, and collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives.



The role also involves preparing graphics and visual elements for promotional campaigns, refining design assets based on feedback, and maintaining organized project files for ongoing and upcoming content. The designer will contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual identity of Innomatics and support timely delivery of high-quality multimedia content.

Qualifications:

- Robust skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for creating animated content, explainers, and promotional videos.
- Experience in Video Production, including basic editing, compositing, and preparing assets for different digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics for static and dynamic visual assets, layouts, and brand-aligned creatives.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and present visual concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Relevant education in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video work, and graphic design projects, preferably for digital or educational content.
