Responsibilities

- Lead development of complex UI modules using React.js
- Design scalable frontend architecture and reusable component libraries
- Manage complex application state using Redux
- Optimize UI performance and rendering efficiency
- Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams on technical design
- Review code and ensure high development standards
- Guide and mentor associate-level developers
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility
- Good knowledge of SQL server (DDL, DML, Complex queries) and Postgres
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services as required
- Ensure secure coding practices and adherence to application security standards
- Design and implement MCP integrations, including secure tool invocation, API orchestration, and prompt handling




- Ensure proper handling of untrusted data, guardrails, and security controls within MCP-based applications

Skills & Qualifications

- 3–12 years of frontend development experience
- Deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong hands-on experience with Redux
- Experience with modular CSS approaches (SCSS, CSS Modules)
- Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack/Vite, npm/yarn)
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong debugging, optimization, and architectural thinking
- Positive understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)
- Understanding of MCP concepts, API orchestration, and secure integration patterns
