Key Responsibilities:

Handle and maintain data using MS Excel.

Consolidate and organize data received from different sources.

Format, clean, sort and verify data accurately.

Maintain and update records in a systematic manner.

Manage order-related data and prepare invoices.

Prepare Excel reports and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented MIS & Data Management Executive to manage day-to-day data-related tasks. The role involves data collection, validation, consolidation, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting invoicing and documentation processes.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheet management.

Ability to handle, organize, consolidate and verify large amounts of data.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Good understanding of invoicing and billing.





Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Freshers with strong Excel skills can also apply.

- Previous experience in MIS, data management or similar roles will be an advantage.
