Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a MIS Executive based in Gurugram. The MIS Executive will manage and maintain management information systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for business leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and automating MIS reports, tracking key performance indicators, validating data, and supporting dashboards for various departments.

The role involves analyzing trends, identifying exceptions, and providing insights to support decision-making across sales, operations, and finance teams. The MIS Executive will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, improve data quality, and support process optimization,



with compensation up to 6 LPA depending on experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, including experience with data management and reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in MIS Reporting, including creating, updating, and automating regular and ad hoc reports.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, document requirements, and present findings clearly.
- 3+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts) and familiarity with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Robust attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and readiness to work on-site in Gurugram.
