Role Overview:

Exigo Tech is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this full time role, you will be instrumental in establishing, managing, and servicing both internal and external solutions as defined in your sales contracts. Your primary responsibilities will include contributing to sales, service, and project delivery standards to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Security Pre-Sales

- Support Sales, SDMs, and Customer Success Managers during customer engagements.
- Participate in security discovery workshops and customer meetings.
- Present technical findings and security recommendations.
- Assist with security solution design and validation.
- Support security proposals and customer presentations.

Security Assessments
- Conduct security baseline reviews using DeployIQ and other assessment tools.
- Analyse customer environments and identify security improvement opportunities.
- Review Microsoft Secure Score and related security metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to customers.

Solution Design & Coordination
- Translate customer requirements into technical outcomes.
- Assist in defining project scope and implementation requirements.
- Coordinate handover from sales to delivery teams.




- Ensure agreed customer outcomes are clearly documented and communicated.

Technical Delivery
- Continue to perform Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant configuration activities.
- Implement Microsoft security technologies and security controls.
- Configure Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Microsoft Defender, and related security solutions.
- Assist project teams with implementation and remediation activities.

IT Support Security Enablement
- Support the IT Support team with security-related escalations, queries, and remediation guidance.
- Assist with security triage and investigation across Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and email security scenarios.
- Provide guidance on secure configuration, access controls, MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and related security controls.
- Support the uplift of IT Support capability through knowledge sharing, documentation, and repeatable security processes.
- Ensure security risks identified through support tickets are documented, escalated, and actioned appropriately.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Education

- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Relevant Microsoft Security certifications or demonstrated equivalent practical experience.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years' experience working in Microsoft 365, Azure, or Cyber Security consulting, engineering, or managed services environments.




- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft security technologies, including:
- Microsoft Defender Suite
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Conditional Access
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Identity Protection
- Microsoft Secure Score
- Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance
- Experience conducting security assessments, audits, or security posture reviews and presenting recommendations to customers.
- Experience translating business and technical requirements into security solutions and implementation outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tenant administration, identity management, and cloud security principles.
- Experience supporting customer-facing engagements, workshops, technical presentations, and solution discussions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Knowledge

- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices, including one or more of:
- Essential Eight
- Microsoft Security Adoption Framework
- CIS Controls
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- ISO 27001
