Job Responsibilities

- Process Optimization: Run and improve CVD coating processes for wear, corrosion, or semiconductor applications.
- Material Characterization: Test coated samples using SEM, EDS, XRD, and microhardness testing.
- Interface Analysis: Study substrate-coating adhesion, diffusion layers, and thermal stress behaviors.
- R&D; Scale-Up: Transition thin-film recipes from lab-scale reactors to high-volume production lines.
- Quality Control: Fix coating defects, peeling,



or micro-cracks and enforce ASTM/ISO standards.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Education: B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- CVD Experience: Hands-on background with thermal, plasma-enhanced (PECVD), or laser-assisted CVD systems.
- Analytical Tools: Mastery of microscopy, surface profilometry, and phase analysis.
- Domain Knowledge: Robust grasp of physical metallurgy, thermodynamics, and surface diffusion.
- Problem Solving: Ability to perform root-cause analysis for coating failures and thermal mismatch
