We are looking for a Google & Meta Ads Executive to manage paid campaigns for our fashion, luxury, celebrity styling and lifestyle clients. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with campaign execution, optimization and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage campaigns for brand awareness, traffic, lead generation, engagement and conversions.
- Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
- Handle audience research, targeting, retargeting, lookalike/custom audiences and budget allocation.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copies, audiences and placements.
- Coordinate with the PR, Social Media, Creative and Client Servicing teams for campaign requirements.
- Work with designers/content teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.




- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor competitor campaigns, trends and platform updates.
- Ensure proper tracking through Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking where required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Agency experience will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of paid media, targeting, optimization and campaign analytics.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Ads Manager and tracking tools.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Fashion, luxury, celebrity, lifestyle or PR industry exposure will be an advantage.
- Should be proactive, creative and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
